Also to my visit to Florida, after long weekend in Miami my friend wanted to try this Peruvian restaurant that is a real hot spot. It received great reviews and even won awards, especially for- you guessed it ceviche. For those of you who do not know what ceviche is it's a sort of seafood salad made of chopped and diced fish soaked in lemon juice and other herbs. It's delicious and healthy. Now might I say, when you go to Ceviche 105 it is somewhat fancy. It has valet parking which is only the beginning. Then when entering you await to be seated in the lobby, which then you are escorted to your table. The style of the restaurant is modern yet homely. Wide open space, white and green color themed, chandeliers, it's just classy and sophisticated.
Besides the style of the restaurant, the food was amazing. Authentic peruvian food cooked to perfection and endless flavor. The presentation made it even more enjoyable.
It was a wonderful and memorable meal. Oh, by the way do not forget to order Inca Kola, the traditional peruvian soda and an appetizer to start off your meal!! Trust me you will not be disappointed dining at Ceviche 105. Perfect for a date, outing with a friend or with family. Buen Provecho!!
